Heather Robinett is the Director of Operations Strategy at AT&T and a current City Councilwoman for Ferguson, Missouri. They held positions at AT&T from 2001 to 2017, including Area Manager for Network Surveillance Automation and Director of Software Architecture and Systems Engineering. Previously, Heather worked as a Consulting Network Engineer at Savvis and held engineering roles at Wiltel and Monsanto. They earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
