Ben Jackson is the Head of Global Benefits at AT&T, where they previously served as Vice President of HR Technology & People Analytics. With extensive experience in HR, Ben held various leadership roles at AT&T, including Vice President of Global Benefits and Director of Compensation, where they drove innovative strategies for health care and compensation for over a million employees. Ben's career also includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and a foundational position at Hewitt Associates. They are currently pursuing studies at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and McCallie School.
