Baba Netto, FCIPD, MA, PgDip, is an accomplished international HR leader with a successful career spanning Fortune 500 and major growth companies. They have extensive experience in both HR and operational roles, particularly within the Professional Services and Telecommunications sectors. Currently, Baba leads the Global HR department for AT&T's international business, overseeing operations in 55 countries across CALA, EMEA, and APAC. Previously, they served in various HR leadership roles at AT&T, BT Global Services, and Royal & Sun Alliance. Baba holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central England.
