Bill McCallen

Bill McCallen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as the Corporate Director of Purchasing & Procurement at Atrium Hospitality from 1997 to 2015. They were promoted to General Manager of an award-winning Embassy Suites in 2015 after initially opening the property as Assistant General Manager in 1997. Prior to Atrium Hospitality, Bill worked as a General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at various establishments, including the Palm Beach Hilton and Ramada in St. Charles. Bill earned an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and an Associate of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Nassau Community College.
