María José Delgado R is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in communication and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Atos since January 2021, María José oversees personnel management, productivity indicators, and process control. Previously, roles at Loro Parque included Backup Team Lead and Support Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed press releases, social media content creation, and communications. Early career experiences include internship journalism at El Día, producing various reports, and editing for the University of La Laguna's digital newspaper. María José holds a Master's degree in Business and Institutional Communication from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has further specialization in Digital Marketing from EOI Business School, along with a degree in Journalism from Universidad de La Laguna and a degree in Social Communication from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
