Jonathon Lazar, MBA, is currently the Lead for IT Technical Training at Atlantic Health, where they focus on people-first leadership and team development. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management from Kean University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and are pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Berkeley College with a 3.9 GPA. Previously, they worked as a Lead Support Analyst and Principal Trainer at Atlantic Health System, contributing to projects and change planning from 2017 to 2019. Jonathon also participated in Lockheed Martin's Business Case Competition in 2016, securing second place for their business plans aimed at international expansion.
