Josh Booth is currently the Director of People Operations and Analytics for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, a position held since 2025. Previously, Josh served as a Senior Manager of HR Compliance and Operations at Compass from 2022 to 2025 and was the Director of People Operations at Morning Consult from 2021 to 2022. Before that, Josh held various roles in human resources, including Human Resources Manager at JioSaavn and Senior Manager of People Operations at Rocket Travel, Inc. Josh also worked as a Research Assistant at Georgia State University, focusing on historical legislative reactions and social movements in Georgia. Josh is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science at Georgia State University.
