Swapnil Jain is a co-founder at Ather Energy, where Swapnil concentrates on defining engineering culture and developing technology roadmap. Prior to that, Swapnil worked at General Motors as a Post Graduate Engineering Trainee focusing on pedestrian protection and interned at BHEL where Swapnil designed and fabricated a novel test rig for accelerated simulation of boiler slag deposition. Swapnil holds both a Bachelor and Master of Technology degree in Engineering Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
