Bharanidhar V is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Process & Systems Transformation Lead at Ather Energy since October 2020, with prior roles as Sr Area Vehicle Service Manager and Area Vehicle Service Manager. Previously, Bharanidhar worked at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2018 to October 2020 as Area Incharge, overseeing after-sales operations and customer relationship management. Bharanidhar also held the position of Territory Service Manager at Mahindra Construction Equipment, managing after-sales operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and completed an internship at Jayem Automotives Pvt. Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in engine testing and development. Early in the career, Bharanidhar worked as a Powertrain Engineer at Pegasus Racing from July 2013 to April 2016, contributing to the manufacturing and design of powertrain components for a student formula car. Bharanidhar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering from PSG College of Technology and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Nachimuthu Polytechnic College.
