Justin Reid is a product designer with a strong foundation in systems thinking and a passion for connecting people and businesses through technology. They held the position of Director of User Experience at Thumbtack, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 and later worked as a Freelance designer from 2012 to 2014. Justin has served as a Senior Staff Product Designer at Meta from 2020 and continues in this role at Athena, where they have been since 2025. Additionally, they worked as an Interaction Design Consultant for Google between 2013 and 2014 and founded Yax from 2019 to 2020. Justin's educational background includes pursuing a BSBA in Entrepreneurship, Operations & Technology Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
