Ray Paul Biron is the Head of Operations at AstroForge, where they focus on building and creating solutions for both people and the planet. Previously, they served as Head of Operations at Terra Talent, managing business operations for a $2B Climate Tech portfolio. Prior to that, Ray was U.S. Operations Manager and Project Manager at Alef Education, contributing significantly to the platform's expansion in the U.S. market and increasing student enrollment from 400 to 300,000. Ray holds a Master's degree in Technology and Innovation from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
