Filipe Acauan Dal Molin is the Supply Chain Director for Latin America at AstraZeneca, having started in this role in 2021 after serving as the Distribution Director from 2019 to 2021. With 20 years of experience in operations management across various industries, they have successfully led significant projects, including the ramp-up of the world's largest Avon Distribution Center and the expansion of Gerdau's Rebar Fabrication Network. Previously, they held leadership positions at companies such as Avon and Gerdau, where they demonstrated strong skills in team building, process optimization, and cost reduction. Filipe holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
