Jesus Olmos is the founding partner and CEO of Asterion Industrial Partners, an independent investment management firm focusing on infrastructure investments in the European mid-market. They worked as a Researcher at the Institute of Nuclear Fusion from 1983 to 1986 and in Nuclear Fuel Management at Iberdrola from 1986 to 1991. They were the Managing Director of Corporate Development at Endesa from 1991 to 2008, leading the international expansion in Europe from 2000 to 2008 with investments in France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Morocco. They served as a Partner at KKR & Co. Inc. from 2009 to 2018, Global Co-Head of KKR Infrastructure and a Member of the KKR Infrastructure IC. Their education includes pursuing an Industrial Engineer degree at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid; completing a Management Development Program at IESE Business School in 1996; pursuing a Master in Business Administration and Management (Executive MBA) at IE Business School; and studying at Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo.
