Nathan Dry is a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on Electronics, specializing in semiconductor packaging. Currently serving as a Lead Semiconductor Packaging Engineer at Astera Labs, Nathan has accumulated significant expertise in IC packaging and various engineering software tools, including Ansys HFSS and Solidworks. Nathan has previously worked as an RF Packaging & CAD Engineer at Akoustis Technologies, where responsibilities included designing solutions for BAW filter technology and managing PCB layouts.
