Riccardo De Felicis is an experienced manufacturing and quality management professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the AP Regional Manufacturing Manager for the Brakes Business Unit at Hitachi Astemo since February 2020, Riccardo previously held key roles at Hitachi Automotive Systems, including AP SDM Manager and Global Manager for Rubber, Plastics, and MGU from June 2016 to February 2020. Other notable positions include Supplier Quality Country Manager at Eldor Corporation, Plant Quality Manager at LORD Corporation, Assurance Quality Leader and Senior SQE at Brembo S.p.A., SQE at General Motors, Quality Manager at GapiGroup, and Quality Engineer at GE. Riccardo began a career in quality assurance as a Process Quality Engineer at Nicrom Electroplating and gained initial experience through an internship at Renault. Educational credentials include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a Diplome d'Etude d'Option in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Lyon.
