Shivali Mayor is a solicitor and corporate legal counsel with multinational experience, currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Legal Lead for AI and Information Security at Astellas Pharma. They previously held roles at Astellas Europe as Director, Legal Counsel for Privacy and Data Security, and Director in Information Systems, Data Analytics & Privacy. Prior to that, Shivali worked as a Legal Consultant at Opus 2 International and as Legal Counsel at Williams Lea Tag. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the College of Law and hold a postgraduate diploma and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. Shivali’s earlier legal experience includes a role as a solicitor covering various fields, including Litigation and Employment, at a law firm from 2009 to 2015.
