Roger Martin is a retired Group Insurance CFO and Chief Actuary with extensive experience in the employee benefits, disability, and long-term care insurance industries. They served as SVP Finance for Group Protection at Lincoln Financial Group from 2015 to 2020, and held leadership positions at Unum Group, including SVP & CFO of US Operations from 2006 to 2015. Currently, Roger is a Strategic Advisor for both Osara Health and Assured Allies, focusing on empowering patients impacted by cancer and addressing the challenges of an aging population, respectively. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Assumption College between 1981 and 1985.
