Michael Hoffman is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Assured Allies, where they apply over 15 years of corporate law and venture capital experience to support entrepreneurs in the health and insurance sectors. Previously, they served as General Counsel for Kamet Ventures from 2020 to 2024, overseeing legal matters related to startup development and funding. Michael also held roles as Senior Associate and Senior Corporate Counsel at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal between 2009 and 2019, and contributed to legal education as an Assistant Lecturer at Ono Academic College from 2009 to 2016. They earned their LL.B. and LL.M., both magna cum laude, from Bar-Ilan University.
