Pamela Pesta currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit Services at Assurant, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Pesta was the Chief Audit Executive and Vice President at Erie Insurance Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a multimillion-dollar budget and leading a 25-member team focused on operational, financial, and regulatory risk assurance. At Nationwide, Pesta held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Supply Management Services, overseeing a multibillion-dollar procurement budget and a 90-member team, and spearheading the organization’s first enterprise-wide fraud risk management program. Pesta also contributed as a Senior Managing Consultant at Navigant and as an Economic & Financial Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., with a strong focus on forensic accounting and financial analysis. Pamela Pesta holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Youngstown State University.
