Samira Becirovic serves as the Head of News Production at The Associated Press, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as a Production Editor at AP Television from 2010 to 2019 and as a Producer at ABC News London from 1995 to 2010. Additionally, Samira was the Bureau Chief/Producer at the ABC News Sarajevo Bureau from 1992 to 1995. They are currently pursuing two Bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and History, as well as in Arabic Language, Middle Eastern Civilizations, and Literature from Sarajevo University.
