Kristi Kolbensvik is a senior finance and operations leader specializing in multifamily strategy and budgeting governance. With extensive experience in multifamily asset acquisitions, Kristi served as the Director of Acquisitions at JMG Realty, Inc. from 1996 to 2021, where they focused on evaluating and structuring deals to drive long-term value. Currently, Kristi holds the same title at Asset Living, continuing to leverage their expertise in optimizing asset performance and delivering strong investment returns.
