Daniel Ferman, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is a licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut and Maryland, currently serving as the Regional Director of Clinical Services at Aspire Living & Learning. They received a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and have contributed to the field through published research in notable journals, focusing on high-quality evidence-based care. Previously, Daniel held various roles, including Chief Clinical Operations Officer and Training and Compliance Officer, and emphasized the importance of equitable support services. They are dedicated to training new clinicians to uphold the scientist-practitioner model and ensure just practices in service delivery.
