Oscar Boel is the Head of Mechatronic Projects in the MMS cluster Management team at ASML, a position held since 2023. Previously, Oscar served as the Group Leader of Mechatronic Product Development at Philips Engineering Solutions from 2015 to 2021 and held various roles at Philips and Biosensors International from 2002 to 2010. Oscar began their career as an intern at Nucletron and holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Engineering (Medical) Product Design.
