Michiel Decates is currently the Head of HR Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at ASML. With a robust background as a Human Resources Consultant, they have honed skills in HR Consulting, Coaching, Management Development, Performance Management, and Change Management. Michiel previously held roles such as HR Advisor at Ssense and Assessor at AC&T Consulting, and served as a Work & Organizational Psychologist at Sonell. They earned a Master’s degree in Work & Organisation Psychology from Universiteit Maastricht and are pursuing a Post Bachelor in Sustainable Employability at Avans Plus.
