Gijs Waterschoot is a seasoned Director and Manager in business performance and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Competence and Network Development at ASML. With a background in banking, Gijs accumulated over a decade of experience at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where roles included Head of Strategy & Performance Personal Banking and Customer Excellence Expert. Since 2011, Gijs has focused on organizational improvement through Lean management and has held leadership positions in change management at Aon and ABN AMRO MeesPierson.
