Filipa Ferreira has a strong background in engineering and industrial management, with diverse experience starting from a summer internship at Grestel - Produtos Cerâmicos, S.A. as a Continuous Improvement Trainee, where quality control measures were implemented. Subsequent roles included FES&P Trainee at Faurecia, focusing on continuous improvement tools, and various positions at ASML, including Operational Production Planner. Filipa demonstrated leadership as Local Responsible at ESTIEM LG Aveiro and further developed skills in coordination and management as Regional Coordinator of the South West Region for ESTIEM. Additional experience includes a Production Trainee role at Teka Portugal S.A. and serving as Secretary of the General Assembly Board for AEGIA. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from Universidade de Aveiro and a further Master’s degree from Universität Graz.
