Elena Ruseva van Eerdewijk is an accomplished Agile leader, currently serving as a Product Owner for EUV Source Laser Performance Diagnostics at ASML. Previously, Elena worked as a Scrum Master for Big Data & Analytics at ASML and also held a role as a Scrum Master at Essity, driving agile methodologies in significant digital transformation projects. Elena was a Master's Thesis Student at SCA, focusing on sustainable IT management perspectives, and has experience as an Engineering Intern at Manipal Institute of Technology.
