Daoping Li is currently the Head of the Development & Engineering Department at ASML, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Daoping managed a cluster of development and engineering projects and held multiple senior management positions at ASML from 2010 to 2016, including Project Cluster Manager and Product Development Manager. Daoping began their career at ASML as an engineer, and they also served as a project manager and team leader. They earned a PhD in Applied Physics (Optics) from Delft University of Technology from 1991 to 1995.
