Vinod Sharma is a seasoned enterprise leader and HR technology executive, currently serving as the Senior Director Global Head of HR Systems and Analytics at ASMPT Ltd. With a rich background at Oracle, Vinod was instrumental in driving Cloud HCM business across 13 ASEAN countries while leading significant PeopleSoft and HCM Cloud projects. Their previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they managed end-to-end design of HCM systems using Workday, and as the Chief Architect at Unilever, where they oversaw a major PeopleSoft rollout across 17 countries in Asia. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Mumbai.
