Victor Everingham, MS, LEED-AP, is currently the Vice President of Construction & Development at Askar Brands, where they oversee large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion. Previously, they served as the Director of Construction at United Global Development Corporation and held positions with KBP Brands and The Wendy's Company, managing significant construction and development initiatives across various QSR brands. Victor's extensive background includes serving as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force and gaining foundational experience as an Architectural Intern at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP. They hold a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Housing Studies from Oregon State University.
