Samruddhi Jathar is currently an Executive in Human Resources at Asian Paints and serves as the Secretary for the Rotaract Club of Mumbai Shivaji Park. They previously worked as a Campus and HR Executive at Colgate-Palmolive, where they managed the complete lifecycle of management trainees and contributed to a critical attrition project. Samruddhi has also interned in various human resources roles, including at Godrej Agrovet Limited, where they focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. They are pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Workforce Development and Training from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
