Muhammad Qasim Khan is an experienced procurement specialist with a diverse background in contract management and procurement across various sectors. Currently serving as a National Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since November 2022, Muhammad has previously held positions including Procurement Specialist at MRC Consultants and Transaction Advisers, and Procurement and Contract Specialist at the Ministry of Water Resources. Notable experiences include contributing to the Pakistan Raises Revenue Project and the National Social Protection Program under the World Bank. Muhammad has also held roles at the Federal Board of Revenue, Benazir Income Support Programme, and multiple private sector companies, culminating in a robust understanding of procurement processes and contract management. Muhammad holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Preston University and a B.com from the University of the Punjab.
