Samuel Scafe possesses extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, with a strong focus on operational leadership and data analytics. At Dollar Tree Stores, Samuel holds the position of Manager for Inbound Transportation Data Analytics & Systems. Prior military roles include serving as Reserve Program Manager at the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, where operational support was provided and personnel management was executed. Notably, as Director of Personnel Placement at Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command, Samuel led a team in the effective adjudication of over 13,000 assignments, significantly improving personnel fill rates. Samuel has a solid academic background with a Master of Science in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
