Baird Elam Rodawig is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and asset management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Ascentris since March 2018, Baird has held multiple roles within the company, starting from Analyst to Senior Associate. Prior to Ascentris, Baird worked as a Capital Markets Analyst at JLL from July 2017 to March 2018, and as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from July 2013 to July 2017. Baird's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of Omicron Delta Kappa from April 2012 to April 2014 and as President of Chi Omega Fraternity from November 2011 to December 2013. Baird holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics and a Minor in Business Economics from Florida State University, completed in 2014.
