Will Jordan currently serves as Managing Counsel at Ascent Resources since November 2021, following a role as Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Will Jordan was a Partner at Lytle Soule & Felty, P.C. from June 2020 to November 2021 and held the position of Sr. Corporate Counsel & Secretary at Roan Resources from April 2018 to March 2020. Earlier career experience includes serving as Division Counsel for the Southern Division and working in Land - Marcellus Shale at Chesapeake Energy from June 2009 to April 2018, along with clerkship roles at McFadden & Dillon PC and Dover Dixon Horne PLLC. Will Jordan began professional experience as a Land Intern at Chesapeake Energy in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Spanish, and Latin American Studies, earned cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Will Jordan also studied at the University of Havana in 2003.
