Rachel Hicks, M.Ed., has extensive experience in relationship management and client services within the SaaS industry. At ClearPath Workforce Management, Inc., Rachel supported WageWorks by enhancing mentorship and training while managing complex projects. Rachel previously served as Director of Relationship Management/Client Services at CONEXIS, overseeing major client relationships and financial operations. Additionally, Rachel held positions at ADP, focusing on strategic partnerships and client retention, and contributed to education as a middle school teacher and CTE department chair in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. Currently, Rachel is the Manager of Retirement Client Services Training at Ascensus and is pursuing further education at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
