Korderro Brown, MS, DMin, is a seasoned mission leader and organization developer currently serving as an Instructional Leadership Coach at InStride and as the Director of Spiritual Services at EHM Senior Solutions. At Ascension, they previously held several roles focused on leadership development, including Senior Facilitator and Certified Training Facilitator, where they crafted training programs aligned with compassionate care. With a strong background in DEI consulting and workforce navigation, Korderro has dedicated their career to fostering inclusive cultures and facilitating crucial conversations that promote ethical leadership. They hold a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and are pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Northern Seminary, focusing on Community Development and Leadership.
