Jim Moon is a passionate leader in healthcare IT and patient access with over 15 years of experience in project and process improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Applications and Platforms at Ascension Health, they lead a team of approximately 30 project and program managers while overseeing a portfolio of over 60 projects with a budget of approximately $35 million. Previously, Jim held positions at organizations such as Florida Cancer Specialists and Lee Health, where they directed operational excellence initiatives and optimized revenue cycle processes. They have achieved numerous certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and continue to enhance their skills through education at the University of California, Davis.
