Jackie Baratian is currently the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Kaiser Permanente. They have extensive experience in compliance roles, including serving as SVP & Chief Compliance Officer at Ascension and VP & Chief Medicaid Compliance Officer at Aetna. Prior to these positions, Jackie was a Partner at Alston & Bird and held various legal roles, including Senior Counsel at the US Department of Health and Human Services. Jackie earned a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a degree in Political Science from Davidson College.
