Robert Davis Awkward has a diverse background in education and nonprofit work, with experience ranging from college counseling to program management. With a BA in Human Development & Social Relations and an MEd in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies, Robert has worked in admissions counseling, college counseling, and program management roles. Most recently, Robert has been involved with the Black & Indigenous Initiative at ArtsEmerson and has contributed to strategic planning and operations at EMA Foundation/rhizoma@EMA. Robert's dedication to education and social justice is evident in their work across various organizations.
