Catherine Zachry Beckermann currently serves as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Artivion, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from October 2019 to March 2023 and was a Summer Associate Law Clerk at Haynes and Boone, LLP from May 2017 to July 2018. Catherine obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law in 2019, participated in the Texas Venture Labs Program at Texas McCombs School of Business in early 2018, and earned a BBA in Business Honors and Marketing from Texas A&M University in 2016. Catherine completed high school at Alamo Heights High School in 2012.
