Previously, Shaily held significant roles at Capita, including Senior Strategic Consultant and Communications Growth Lead, where the focus was on driving client revenue growth and developing tailored communication strategies. Committed to mentorship and thought leadership, Shaily also serves as a mentor at NextGen Pensions and chairs the PASA Engagement and Communications Working Group.
