Rachel Downs is a Principal and Senior Consulting Actuary at Gallagher, specializing in defined benefit pension scheme strategy and consulting. Previously, they served as a Senior Consulting Actuary at Buck and as a Principal & Scheme Actuary at Mercer, where they provided pension advice for over a decade. Rachel holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Additionally, they are the Treasurer and Trustee of the Antioch Network Manchester.
