Michelle Rygiel is a Corporate Communications Leader and global culture builder with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and executive communications. They have held various leadership roles in organizations such as Gallagher and W.W. Grainger, where they developed targeted internal communications strategies and managed change initiatives. As the Communications Director of MA Rygiel Strategic Communications, they provided consultancy services to align communications with business objectives for several notable clients. Michelle also served as a panelist for the Society for Marketing Professional Services and holds a background in public relations and internal communications from their time at Kelly Services and other companies. They attended Northwestern University.
