Anna Lukosus is currently the SVP of Great Lakes Region Sales Operations at Gallagher, where they lead business development and client retention efforts while implementing growth strategies. Previously, they held roles at Oliver Wyman as a Senior Manager in Sales Operations and Strategy, as well as a Senior Consultant, and served as Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies. With a strong focus on improving win ratios and accelerating the sales cycle, Anna has also been the Director of Operations and Business Development at Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation. They hold a BA in Risk Management and Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they continue to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration.
