Agnès Costa is currently the Operations Director for Gallagher's Talent UK business line and Global Communication Consulting practice. Since 2023, Agnès has led strategic planning and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Previously, Agnès served as Marketing Director and Associate Director at Gallagher, where they developed global marketing strategies and led internal communication audits. Agnès began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Quatre Vents and has also worked as a Change Communications Consultant for Ernst & Young. Agnès holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Communications from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris.
