Martha Lugo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecom software industry, serving as a Senior Software Specialist at Arrow Electronics since February 2005 and previously at Cross Telecom from February 2005 to January 2013. Prior to this role, Martha worked as a Software Consultant at Lucent Technologies, Inc. from 1987 to 2000. Since July 2014, Martha has been self-employed as a retired Telecom Software Specialist. Martha holds a degree from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned between 1966 and 1970.
