Arrival Artists is an independent music booking agency born in 2020 out of the most unlikely of scenarios.

Its six founders, all long time friends and colleagues, seized an opportunity to create a home that champions art above all else and a team-based company culture that is inclusive from top to bottom.  

Trained as independent agents, fortified by years of major agency experience, we are creative entrepreneurs with culturally-relevant rosters. Arrival represents success stories across nearly every genre and has a proven track record of developing talent from small underground clubs to large halls, theaters, and arenas.

A vigorous work ethic and extensive relationships define our reputation in the industry and inform our ethos. This is not a new approach for us; it’s that we can now put our own name to it.

The Agency and Agent Team at Arrival Artists is responsible for representing and booking talent across a diverse array of music genres. They handle the logistics of securing venues, negotiating contracts, and strategizing career development for artists. This team leverages extensive industry relationships and experience gained from major agencies to elevate emerging and established artists from small venues to large-scale events, ensuring that artistic vision is prioritized and nurtured.

Agency and Agent Team

The Tour Administrators at Arrival Artists are responsible for the logistical planning and execution of tours for the company's diverse roster of artists. This includes coordinating schedules, booking venues, arranging travel and accommodations, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. Their meticulous planning and attention to detail allow artists to focus on their performances while ensuring successful and seamless touring experiences.
