Ejnar Schultz currently serves as Vice President at Arla Foods since May 2023. Ejnar has been with SEGES Innovation from January 2015, fulfilling roles as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Director following the merger of the Knowledge Centre for Agriculture and the Danish Pig Research Centre. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Economy & Business Management at Videncentret for landbrug from September 1994 to December 2014, where various responsibilities encompassed plant production, EU reforms, education, communication, and web initiatives. Ejnar began a career as a Consultant at De Danske Landboforeninger from 1991 to 1994. Ejnar holds a degree in Agronomy (Cand. Agro) from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, completed between 1986 and 1991.
