Arise Africa is committed to helping individuals in Zambia live a life that God desires for all mankind. This involves assisting people with spiritual, economic and physical poverty to enable them to become responsible, independent, and self-sustaining individuals through the Truth and Love of Jesus Christ. Arise Africa works mainly with orphaned or vulnerable children in Lusaka. We run a boys and girls'​ home where kids live in full-time care (the Arise Homes) and serve communities in three different schools. We'd love you to join our journey to equip, educate, and empower! The Child Sponsorship Team at Arise Africa is responsible for managing and fostering relationships between sponsors and the children in the program. This includes coordinating sponsorship activities, ensuring regular communication between sponsors and children, and overseeing the children's well-being and academic progress. The team plays a crucial role in securing and retaining sponsorships to support the organization's mission of aiding orphaned and vulnerable children in Zambia.

Child Sponsorship Team

The Education Team at Arise Africa is dedicated to providing quality education and holistic support to orphaned and vulnerable children in Lusaka. Team members include primary school educators for various grades, a librarian/CSO, and a guidance & counseling officer. They work collaboratively to develop and implement educational programs, manage the school library, and provide emotional and psychological guidance, aiming to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed for a self-sustaining and fulfilling future.

Education Team

The Facility and Maintenance Team at Arise Africa is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the organization's properties, including the Arise Homes and community schools. This team handles tasks such as groundskeeping, housekeeping, cooking, and general maintenance to create a nurturing and well-maintained environment for the children and staff.
